30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with OneScull within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first payment and does not apply to renewal charges.
Billing Cycles
OneScull offers flexible billing options:
- Monthly billing - charged on the same day each month
- Quarterly billing - charged every 3 months with 10% discount
- Annual billing - charged once per year with 20% discount
- All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Within 30 days of your initial subscription
- Technical issues that prevent platform usage (if not resolved within 7 days)
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Service cancellation due to our platform discontinuation
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
- Partial months of service
- Add-on services and features purchased separately
- Custom development or integration fees
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
- Allow 5-7 business days for request review
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to OneScull until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle unless eligible under our 30-day guarantee.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We never store your complete credit card information on our servers.
